Customer service · Sales · Reception

Call-centre training simulation that sounds like a real customer.

New agents freeze on their first calls. DEBOB2 lets them rehearse customer-service and sales calls on Meet or Zoom with a trainer or an AI caller, and shows them what to say, in the language of the call, at their level.

Scripts, objections, tone

Load your script as prepared answers and the trainee sees the exact wording when the customer asks. For everything else, DEBOB2 suggests a short, polite reply: an upset customer, a billing question, a sales objection. Switch the scenario to "sales call" or "reception" in one click.

  • Caller heard and transcribed in real time
  • Replies at A2 or B1 for non-native agents
  • Translation of the caller's words into the agent's language

An example in English

Interviewer (heard)I was charged twice this month and nobody answers my emails. What are you going to do about it?
Translated for youOn m’a facturé deux fois ce mois-ci et personne ne répond à mes e-mails. Qu’allez-vous faire ?
Suggested answer · A2I am sorry about that. I can see the double charge. I will refund it today and send you a confirmation by email.

Call-centre questions

Is this for call-centre companies or for trainees?

Both, but it starts with the trainee. A trainee rehearses customer calls before the first shift; a training school runs the same simulation with a whole class on the School plan.

Can we use our own scripts?

Yes. Paste your script as prepared question and answer pairs. When the caller says the trigger phrase, the trainee sees your exact wording.

Which languages?

English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish and Arabic. Choose the language of the calls your trainees will take.

Ready for your next practice call?

Install DEBOB2, add your keys, and run your first simulation in about ten minutes. Pay only for the software; the AI usage goes directly to the providers at cost.
