How to prepare in four weeks
Week 1. Write your facts and your five key answers in Settings. Practise them with the voice on.
Week 2. Run two practice calls with an AI interviewer agent. Let DEBOB2 translate; read the answers.
Week 3. Practise with a trainer or a friend playing a strict interviewer. Collapse the panel and look only when you are stuck.
Week 4. Full interviews without the panel. If you can do three in a row, you are ready. Official information on the training is at the German government's Pflegeausbildung site.
Nursing interview questions
Which questions come up in an Ausbildung Pflege interview?
Almost always: why nursing, why Germany, what you know about the training, how you handle shift and night work, your German level, how you deal with stress and difficult patients, and your plans after the Ausbildung. Our German guide lists 20 questions with A2 answers.
Is A2 enough for the interview?
Many employers interview at A2 and expect B1 by the start of the Ausbildung. What matters in the interview is answering clearly in short sentences. That is exactly what DEBOB2 trains.
Can I practise in French or Arabic first?
The question is translated into French or Arabic so you understand it, but the answer is in German. Seeing both at once is how most of our users learn the vocabulary fast.
