1. What DEBOB2 is
DEBOB2 is made by BOB and provided for training purposes only: practising conversations by simulation, in practice calls with an AI agent, a trainer or a partner. It is not intended for real job interviews, real exams or any situation where assistance is forbidden. Any such use is the user's sole responsibility; BOB and DEBOB2 accept no responsibility for it.
2. AI services and keys
The app uses AI services (OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, optionally Google) with the user's own accounts and keys, at the user's own cost. BOB is not a party to those contracts and does not control their prices, availability or output. Answers are generated by AI and may contain mistakes.
3. Licence
An activation code binds the app to the number of computers stated in the plan, for the plan's duration. The code is personal and may not be shared or resold. The app checks the licence with our server and keeps working for up to 10 days without a connection. After the plan ends the app locks until renewed.
4. Refunds
If the app cannot be made to work on your computer with our help within 7 days of purchase, we refund the 8-Week Pass. Subscriptions can be cancelled for the next period at any time.
5. Data
See the privacy page. In short: keys, facts and prepared answers stay on your computer; call audio and questions go to the AI providers under your keys; we receive only the licence check and the details you enter after activation.
6. Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BOB is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities or decisions made on the basis of AI output.
